project
The works involved the complete strip out and refurbishment of this large 3rd floor office building. Being in the centre of Chester made this project a challenge as the logistics and deliveries needed to be timed to perfection.
This project was all about communication and leadership from the start.
We commenced with the strip out of the floor coverings, electrics and plumbing and then moved onto installing miles of Cat 6 data cables to future proof the office.
A new fire alarm, CCTV, remote door access system and data CAB were installed. A new Saniflow and water heater were installed in the kitchen. New floor tiles, window coverings, office furniture, new reception desk and a full redecoration completed the transformation.
The project was handed over on time and snag free.
