project
This project was located on the outskirts of Bristol and involved the refurbishment of the student accommodation.
The scope of works comprised of relaying new concrete slabbing including DPM. Converting a proportion of the under-croft car park into a new reception area, common room and gymnasium. Including constructing a new landing area and the installation of new windows, balustrade and external doors to match the existing.
We liaised with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure deliveries and installations were efficient and ensured that the fit-out works were carried out in a controlled pro-active manor.
