Murray and Willis were appointed to carry out the complete renovation and refurbishment of this Grade II listed former Mill; acquired by an American Music Executive, works were required to be to an exacting standard. 

New handmade windows and doors were installed. A new kitchen with solid hand made worktops, natural stone floor together with modern fittings discreetly hidden were added to compliment a complete renovation.Farrow and Ball paints added a luxury finish to all rooms with all floorboards exposed sanded stained and finished with natural beeswax.

Externally a bespoke five bar gate was commissioned and made from steel to last and to also recreate a traditional farm gate, automatic controls were added for ease of use. The building was cleaned externally, lead work replaced and all areas gravelled.
