We recently completed the refurbishment of a four story property in Devonshire Mews, the west end of London adjacent to Harley Street.

The project involved a lot of internal alterations and ‘high quality finish’ work including re-decorating the property from top to bottom along with all external decorations.

Our in-house skilled decorators used specialist paints from Farrow & Ball and the Little Green Paint Company.

The property comprises of five double bedrooms, three of which are en-suite. There is under-floor heating and air conditioning throughout with a Lutron lighting control system. The mews features include a bespoke Roundhouse kitchen, feature glass and walnut staircase.

In addition we carried out the installation of all the specialised joinery, including new wardrobes which added high quality bespoke finishing touches to the successful project.

As a result of our efforts on Devonshire Mews, the client’s representative asked us to provide a quotation for the complete refurbishment of an apartment recently purchased in Portland Place London of which we have been awarded.
