We have carried out a number of hotel refurbishments for Shire Hotels over the years and the Aztec Hotel & Spa in Bristol is another milestone in the client’s refurbishment programme.

In a six week phased programme, keeping the hotel fully operational at all times, we undertook the following elements of work:

In the reception area we completely sanded down and re-sealed the existing solid oak flooring. We also provided and installed a new reception desk with a deep natural stone surround and decorated throughout
We refurbished the lower ground spa reception area where we installed new etched sandblasted glass doors
In the ground floor bedroom corridors we installed new lighting, flooring, decoration including moulded decorative wall panels and finished this area off with new illuminated LED bedroom number signs

Following on from this successful project highlighted by the client’s comments, we have successfully negotiated another phase of this project with additional corridor works and a full bar refurbishment which will commence in the new year.
