Murray & Willis carried out a complete renovation and refurbishment of this privately owned prestigious property, located at the Bolton’s in one of London’s premier locations.

Major renovation works were carried out to a number of bedrooms and bathrooms’ including traditional plaster coving that was matched to the original, raised and fielded panelling to walls and bespoke dado and skirting.

Bespoke joinery and furniture was provided to all refurbished rooms together with purpose made carpets and window dressings.

A bespoke handmade kitchen was installed with limestone flooring.

Marbling was carried out to fireplaces, panelling, and joinery items to complete a period look.

All walls were decorated using Farrow and Ball paints to complete the property.

Externally stone repairs were carried out and all remaining areas cleaned and re-pointed.
