Amongst the many and varied projects we have undertaken over the last eighteen years for this large multi-national ‘blue chip’ client we also refurbish and fit-out many commercial centres and office projects.

The project was located within an existing office facility called ‘The Hub’ building on the top floor ‘Penthouse’ level within the well known Midsummer Boulevard in Milton Keynes which was already fitted out to a CAT A specification.

We were employed as the main contractor on a Design & Build basis and instructed the services of A & Q Architects who carried out the internal design. The overall scope of works included a reception and waiting area, three large meeting rooms, conference room with Audio Visual facilities, staff room facilities and a large office area incorporating forty five hot desks with adjacent break out areas.

We also carried out minor electrical and air conditioning works to suit the new office layout.

In keeping with this quality building we furnished it with high quality fixtures and fittings associated with this ‘blue chip ‘client.
