After successfully refurbishing the open lobby and completing a new spa fit-out pre-COVID when the hotel operated as a Holiday Inn, we’ve been awarded the project to transition the hotel into an IHG voco branded establishment. This ongoing multimillion-pound refurbishment includes the refurbishment of 131 rooms and making adaptations to the existing open lobby to align with the new brand standards. Our previous exceptional work paved the way for this latest opportunity.
