The Arts building, situated at the heart of the main University of Birmingham campus, primarily houses teaching rooms and lecture theatres, with administration offices occupying the ground floor. Within a span of 9 weeks, we completed the renovation of three lecture theatres on the second floor. As part of these upgrades, we implemented a state-of-the-art ventilation system in each theatre to improve air circulation. Our refurbishment efforts also encompassed redecoration, the installation of new flooring, curtains, blinds, and upgraded lighting fixtures.
